It has been one loooong week for me. I was super busy at work and had all day meetings 3 out of 5 days this week. I am definitely happy to see Friday finally! I had some good things happen this week and one really bad makeup mishap!!
I went to a long lunch at Burgatory with a friend this weekend. Absolutely love their truffle fries! Yummo! And I was able to find some final pieces for my gallery wall while shopping with her at Home Goods after lunch. I am really close to finishing it and can’t wait!
Being that I was a little delirious due to my long days, the other morning I accidentally started penciling in my eyebrows with an eyeliner instead of my brow pencil. I was trying to figure out why the color was going on so thick and then about had a heart attack when I realized it wasn’t my brow liner! The photo is pretty accurate !
We finally got a new dishwasher installed this week! Our dishwasher has been acting up for the last couple months and we broke down last week and bought a new one. Love the fact our glasses actually get clean without hand washing now!
My friend Terri from the Parmesan Princess had her recipe featured during Emeril’s grill segment on Good Morning America this week. How amazing is that?
The end of summer sales out there are absolutely amazing! Who doesn’t love a 40-60% of sale price sale? Talbots, JCrew, Macy’s all have some pretty ridiculously low prices on their summer stuff right now. And don’t forget the Nordstrom sale ends soon!
