I popped into Hobby Lobby this weekend because I wanted to make a late summer/early fall wreath for the front door and I got lost in all the fall décor items they had in stock. I told myself to just stay on the flower side of the store, but got pulled over to the other side by the lure of the autumn colors. It’s way too early for me to start putting out anything fall related, but they had tons of cute stuff.
I have seen these velvet pumpkins on many diy blogs over the years, but I know myself and there’s no way I am going to take the time to make one. They were pricey, but 40% off. Velvet anything usually gets me. I love the blue ones, but of course they don’t match a thing in my house!
I saw a lot of animal print fall items at the Hobs. I know animal print has sneaked into their Christmas items, I guess it was just a matter of time for fall.
Fall candles get me every time and this was no exception. I loved the chevron ones. I know chevron is probably overdone at this point, but I thought these were cute. I liked the decorative flameless ones too. Normally I only see flameless in white.
The photo doesn’t really do these justice, but Hobby Lobby had tons of individual sunflowers with sequins, bright colors, etc. I bought a couple of these for my wreath. Loved them!
I feel like I missed out on most of summer, so I need to live it up the next couple weeks! How about you? Are you ready for fall? I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
