So somehow it’s September already. No idea how that happened! I started a Fall board on Pinterest a couple weeks ago to start getting in the mood. Considering it is still mighty hot here, I needed some sort of inspiration. Soon we will be knee deep in snow and complaining about the cold! Until then, I’m posting a few relatively easy DIYs for Fall I’ve found on Pinterest. I have these on my list to work on in the next couple weeks, I’d love to see any you complete too! I’ve linked back to the original bloggers, so you can see the full instructions.
This could not be easier! My kind of craft, some dried corn used as filler with a candle. Festive, yet quick. Also perfect for those of us that don’t want to overdo the themey décor.
Another super easy candle craft. A piece of burlap or burlap ribbon, leaves and a candle, tear off a string of the burlap to tie the leaf onto the candle and voila!
A teensy bit more complicated, but I think the cuteness factor makes up for it. Leftover wood plus paint makes for very cute décor. Full instructions via the link to simplykierste.com
This blogger took leopard tissue paper and modgepodged it to faux pumpkins. Great idea! Her instructions are in the link above. Much easier than painting them.
Even though this is technically a craft for October, I had to include it because it is such a good idea! It’s a chalkboard sign for your door, so you could change it if you wanted dependent on your need. Full instructions via the link above. Can’t wait to use this when I run out of candy or just get tired of opening the door! (am I the only one who feels that way sometimes?)
How are you getting ready for Fall? Have you had your first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season yet? Tell me about it in the comments!
