Friday Five

Somehow it’s already mid-September.  Not at all sure how that happened.  I had a ton going on at work, so this week went really fast!

I took the above photo while at Heinz Field.  It was an amazing day, the weather was beautiful, but super hot.  I actually got sunburned through my denim shorts that day.  How does that even happen?

 

 

Who knows why, but I am always on the look out for the perfect tote bag.  I have been raving about this Tote Bag all over social media this past week.   It is a look a like for the Madewell Utility Bag, which I had been admiring for quite some time.  I found this bag at Nordstrom.  It is their Reversible Tote Bag and comes in several color combos.  I picked the black/brown version.

One drawback, it doesn’t have any pockets inside.  It does come with a wristlet, so you can put your phone, lipstick, etc. in it.  Would I buy it again, absolutely!  It is a third of the price of the Madewell bag! Booyah!  I found it in the Juniors accessories department and it is available online.

 

 

So my very favorite treat is a Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg, which thankfully, is only available at Easter.  I could deal with that.  One time a year.  Now there are Pumpkins, Trees, Hearts, basically every holiday!  I can’t escape them.  I found this one lurking in the vending machine at work!  It called my name on a particularly bad day!  I am doomed!!

 

 

I came home on Wednesday to a package from UPS.  It contained a Steelers Alex & Ani bracelet, which my husband had planned to give me for Christmas.  Whoopsie! Merry Christmas to me! I wore it already with my silver Alex & Ani.  The Steeler bracelet was sold out on a ton of sites, he was able to find it on Lady Fanatics.
