Hello Everybody! Happy Friday! Hope all of you had a great week and are ready for the weekend! I’m here with my Friday Five picks for the week.
First up is this lipstick from Butter. I was looking around for a darker lipstick for fall, something in the wine, cranberry family. This lipstick fit the bill! The color is Black Cherry and it is described as a tinted balm. It feels a little more a lipstick to me than a balm. I really like the color. Since it is a balm formulation, it doesn’t go on super heavy and it is buildable. I haven’t used any Butter products before, so I was happy I ended up liking it. I’ve been wearing it pretty much every day since I bought it.
I bought these Crown Vintage booties at DSW and really like them. I needed a low heeled bootie for Fall/Winter and these are perfect. I wish I could have bought the brown and the black version. I’ve never seen this brand anywhere but DSW and I like it. I had really good luck with a pair of flats I bought from this brand during the summer. I wore them once or twice a week and they are still in great shape with not one blister!
I usually like the Coach perfumes and this new one is no exception. It’s called Wildflower. I haven’t bought it yet, but I do liberally spray it on myself every time I walk past it in Ulta or Sephora. It will be added to my Christmas list (Hint, Hint)
This isn’t a new Essie color, but it is new to me. It’s called Hot Cocoa and I like to wear it with a Little Brown Dress painted accent nail. Nice little mix of browns. It’s a nice neutral but still a little trendy.
Clearly, I need to buy this mug for my husband. He won’t admit it, but he loves my little dog as much as he loves me! Real men love yorkies!
