For me, comfort is key when picking out shoes. I do gravitate to fancier shoes and heels, but in the end I can’t wear them for any length of time. I have almost convinced myself to only look at practical shoes. I have had good luck with Clarks Dunbar Cruiser style shoe and wore them pretty much every week this summer. I was waiting to see what their fall version would look like and was super excited when I spied this animal print version.
This style has a cushioned footbed which is key for my poor abused feet! I love the animal print version and bought them earlier this month. I tend to treat leopard like a neutral so I know I am going to wear them all the time. I’d like to find a pair in plain black leather since my local Clarks store only had black suede and this leopard. I figured suede wouldn’t make it through the predicted bad winter very well.
Have you reached the age when comfort wins out? Any brands you love that are trendy and comfy? I’d love to hear about it in the comments!
